Highlights: Sharp shared how they imbed forms into policies as PDF attachments, include a sample image, and reference in the footer with (“exact match” search wording). Forms reviewed when policy is reviewed. Discussed options and management for forms as ‘stub documents’, allowing individual forms to be identified with Tags, naming conventions, and/or stored in separate areas. Individual forms can then be associated with multiple polices/documents. Individual forms can be potentially link to a print shop / workday system to ensure that system has the most recent / approved form available to print. Standardizing forms helps reduce volume, control changes and simplify transition of new entities into organization.
